Translation Procedure
Both translators are native speakers of Norwegian (trained in both written forms, ‘Bokmål’ and ‘Nynorsk’). BS did the initial translation, whild UHTF did the back-translation to English. Due to similarity between the two written forms of Norwegian, there were no differences between the back-translation from ‘Nynorsk’ and from ‘Bokmål’. Both translators compared, discussed and verified the back-translation to the original English, and found it to be acceptable.
